    I can honestly say that I now love kickboxing. Or at least how ilovekickboxing does kickboxing. Ive been battling being unconditioned/unhealthy/unhappy for far too long. I simply just did not have the motivation to push myself at the gym, yoga/pilates did not hold my attention long enough to finish a sun salutation, and running around the block for long periods of time just was not working for me. I started ilovekickboxing at the vaughan location and absolutely loved it. The instructors are awesome, full of motivation and ready to have fun every class. The facility is top notch and it makes me want to go back every time!
