    I was at the store in Vaughan yesterday Saturday around 2 pm and I was mesmerized by the store. So many useful products! Staff were friendly (I only saw two) and professional. One angry lady came with dogs and was demanding for refund from an item purchased weeks ago and when the small and tall blonde lady advised that they don't normally return such item, boy oh boy! The lady almost hit the staff member! People can be aggressive sometimes and I hope Management would take time to check on the employees if they are ok. When I left both staff kept their composure and helped the customer the best way they can. I came back a few minutes to find out their names, I think it's Natali and the other one is Hope (I'm not sure, name tags are pretty small) . Kudos to them! Hang in there!
