What's more he was previously involved in an illegal billboard advertising company that would put advertisements up on weekends without permits endangering the public. Prior to that he was involved in a ficticious donut franchise scam that defrauded immigrants of their hard earned money. Don't get burned like we did by this character, there are many It services companies around that are owned by people with actual degrees in computer science that are honest about their credentials. Do some research and do yourself a favor
